IRU Secretary General, Umberto de Pretto, was the keynote speaker at today's opening session of the WCO IT Conference and Exhibition. Addressing Customs and business delegations from over 75 countries from all continents, IRU highlighted how TIR and eTIR can significantly contribute to securing global intermodal trade and effectively meeting the WTO's Trade Facilitation Agreement goals.
