European road freight rates Q3 2024: Contract index down, spot index up
The quarterly Upply x Ti x IRU European road freight rates index report found that Q3 rates remained flat in the contract index quarter on quarter. In contrast, the spot rate index fell by 4.4 points. Overall, both the spot and contract rate indexes have fallen year on year.
