The roads for road transport: safety, people and sustainability
I have had the honour of being named one of the Most Remarkable Women in Transport.
The truth is, I am always happy to learn new things and to empower others around me.
People are at the centre of my work.
Whether working on transport infrastructure resilience, or technology for cutting down our sector’s emissions, my focus remains on delivering better transport and better quality of life to people.
I am an unwavering supporter of road safety. You should too. Life is so precious!
Building capacity at all levels and facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships are central to my work at the International Road Federation.
That’s also why I have been involved – since its inception – in the Sustainable Mobility for All (SuM4All) initiative, which federates 55 leading organisations from the transport sector around a shared vision for sustainable mobility.
