Shaping the next generation of Brazilian road transport leaders
I have been working for over 20 years at TransJordano, a company focused on goods transport based in Paulínia, São Paulo. I’m currently the Head of Strategic Management, Finance and People.
My main focus areas are safety in road freight transport, logistics technology, the development of young entrepreneurs to train future leaders in the sector, and gender equality in road transport, which is key for the development of the Brazilian economy.
I’m involved across the sector, including as the national vice-coordinator of the Young Entrepreneurs Commission (COMJOVEM) at NTC&Logística, in addition to being an ambassador for the Training course for Women at TRC, developed through a partnership between FABET and SEST SENAT.
I have a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, a postgraduate degree in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and an MBA in finance management from IBMEC university.
