It’s an honour: making sure electric vehicles are up to par
I work for Scania in Sweden on technical regulations and heavy-duty vehicle homologation.
With the huge transformation to electric vehicles, there are lots of new regulations that must be fulfilled, both for vehicles but also for related charging infrastructure.
I’m also working on regulations that directly affect road safety in a positive way. Long-term thinking and value creation for all users, including for people not directly involved in transport operations, is my motivation and guidance.
My work is very interesting and stimulating. By contributing to different legal forums, you get to meet a lot of people from different backgrounds and with various experiences and views. Together, we work to bring regulations forward in the best way possible.
It’s a great honour to contribute to both safer and more sustainable transport!
