Shaping the next generation of Mexican road transport leaders
I have been working in the transport industry for six years.
I currently serve as the President of CANACAR's Youth Committee and as Project Manager at my family’s transport company.
I recently moved to Mexico City to establish a committee within CANACAR dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in the field. Our focus is on continuous education, undertaking courses that cover leadership, emotional intelligence, and other key areas relevant to the industry.
I am also contributing to my family's business by pursuing a certification with Daimler. The programme explores the transition to electric trucks, equipping me with comprehensive knowledge on the required infrastructure as well as the financial considerations involved in making this strategic shift.
