My life's work

I am a teacher by profession and vocation.

Today, I am the Deputy Director Training at the specialised training centre on transport and a PhD student at the National Transport University.

More than 20 years ago, by chance, I entered the commercial trucking industry to for the launch of a training centre and stayed there... forever!

We started from almost nothing. Throughout these years, there have been a lot of efforts, initiatives and national and international projects. 

Today, our training centre is the leader in the country in terms of capacity building, training quality and efficiency. Our achievements have been repeatedly awarded by the IRU Academy. 

We have more than 50,000 graduates. Among our students there are drivers and managers of motor transport and logistics companies, engineering and transport workers, insurance company personnel, employees of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine, nuclear power plants, seaports, airports, military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

We have contributed to the establishment of the national training platform for professional personnel of the commercial trucking industry. We are focused on the formation of safe and professional drivers, effective managers for transport operating companies.

In today’s world, our team continues its work. During the war, we learned, like many Ukrainians, including our students, to work from any place – from our home, car, subway or bomb shelter, at any time of the day, depending on the energy supply.

Today, more than ever, the country needs professional drivers to transport vital goods and refugees. Even in the extremely difficult conditions of martial law, we do not stop our professional development and work to make training for drivers more accessible and targeted.

To this end, in cooperation with the IRU Academy, we constantly continue to develop our potential and introduce innovative training products.

My work has become an integral part of my life. My experience, knowledge and professional implementation are geared towards the benefit of society.
