Born into the trade, training future drivers
I was born into a family of transporters. Even my grandfather was a truck driver.
I studied transportation engineering and became a trainer when truck driver training became mandatory in Argentina in 2004.
I wanted to give back to road transport everything it had given and developed truck training programmes for my family business.
I currently work for the Fundación Profesional para el Transporte, the training arm of FADEEAC. We are dedicated to training drivers so that the sector and its drivers are more efficient and safer.
Our training centre includes workshop classrooms, a 1,600m training track, a logistics area for forklifts, and heavy-duty vehicle simulators.
