Taking ambitious climate action: Decarbonising inland transport by 2050

To be held at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, starting at 10:00 on Tuesday 20 February 2024.

Meeting on the adoption of the Inland Transport Committee Strategy for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Inland Transport for Government Delegates only with the Participation of the Chairs of the Committee’s Subsidiary Bodies.

The theme of the conference is, “Taking ambitious climate action – Moving towards decarbonised inland transport by 2050".

Umberto de Pretto, IRU's Secretary General, will moderate and open the Ministerial Panel II.

Tatiana Rey-Bellet, IRU's Director TIR & Transit, will be part of the roundtable on "Digital and Green Transition and the Sustainable Development 2030".
