The aim of this event is to highlight the recurring difficulties faced in the application/interpretation of the Convention from the perspective of comparative law/jurisprudence. It has been intentionally decided to cover only a select number of points, so that these points may be dealt with in more detail.
Solutions to these divergences in interpretation or application will also be considered.
