The European Parliament's Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN) is organising a public hearing on “the passenger rights package” on 18 November 2024.
The first panel, based on the proposal for a regulation amending rules on the enforcement of passenger rights in the European Union will explore the existing challenges and the approach chosen by the European Commission to overcome them.
The second panel, based on the proposal for a regulation on passenger rights in the context of multimodal journeys will present existing innovative solutions and the problems to be addressed in multimodal travelling in order to encourage its development.
