IRU RoadMasters, a skills profiling programme to assess drivers’ abilities, target training and monitor progress, comes to Estonia.
Estonian road transport driving school AUTOSERT has partnered with IRU to deliver RoadMasters’ passenger and goods transport, as well as eco-driving, programmes to drivers and operators across Estonia.
IRU RoadMasters is used to evaluate drivers’ skills profile, target training, covering both driving and non-driving skills, and manage risks. All assessment and training information are visualised with digital dashboards to monitor progress.
AUTOSERT Founder and Trainer Lenno Põder said, “The IRU RoadMasters driver training programme is engaging, challenging and exactly what we need. The IRU instructor who delivered the training programme was particularly informative. We’re moving forward with full motivation and commitment!”
AUTOSERT was established 12 years ago when the founder, Lenno Põder, decided to become a truck driver to truly understand the profession. AUTOSERT is now a leader of professional driver training in Estonia. They are also very active on social media with training videos, news articles and podcasts. AUTOSERT works in partnership with Estonia’s transport industry to promote the truck driver profession.
