The ČESMAD Road Transport Conference will take place at the X-Bionic Sphere in Šamorín, Slovakia, under the auspices of the Minister of Transport of the Slovak Republic.
This year, the event will focus on driver shortages and possible solutions; environmental, social and governance non-financial reporting; and demonstrate how to calculate emissions from transport services according to the upcoming ISO standard.
The rich programme will be complemented by an outdoor exhibition showcasing the latest trends in road transport, as well as the announcement of the results of the TOP SLOVAKIA TRANSPORT 2024 survey.
IRU Social Affairs Policy Adviser Victoire Couëlle will be opening Panel 1 on "Driver shortage and how to address it", which starts at 09:15 (CEST).
