Sending GDA to Ukraine is an optional service available in TIR-EPD
Now TIR holders can choose to send only EPD, only GDA or EPD and GDAs to Ukrainian customs by activating or deactivating the corresponding checkbox on the Customs Operations page when creating EPD.
