The Second ITF Regional High-Level Dialogue for Asia will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on 9 November from 9:00 to 17:00 (UTC+8).
The ITF’s Regional High-Level Dialogue is an annual event to foster collaboration among policymakers, industry leaders and stakeholders in the transport sector in Asia. The high-level regional dialogue aims to identify emerging trends and challenges, promote policy dialogue and drive solutions and concrete actions in the world regions that will lead to more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive transport. It focuses on sharing priority policies, best practice knowledge and effective measures to accelerate the transition. It will also raise awareness of rising local and regional air pollution, congestion, emerging mobility services, accessibility and connectivity, digitalisation, road fatalities, and global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
Umberto de Pretto, IRU Secretary General, will be part of the Opening speeches.
Vadim Zakharenko, General Delegate to Eurasia, IRU Moscow, will be part of the panel on "Enabling Policies and Collaboration for Sustainable Connectivity"
